Harry's Farewell

I've been with Spade for close to 10 months. Since day 1 I joined Spade Ad, I've been consistently meeting new people not only suppliers but getting to know new colleagues to.
Prob this is the trend in the advertising industry, people come and go. I do not know how the other working industry will be as I've been in this line since I graduated, but I would comment on that every human have their very own special characters.
Some just being too friendly and some don't even bother to voice up anything.. in short I will say that act dumb. Within this few months our office have huged turn over in terms of manpower mainly apply to my creative team.
First was Donavan who left, then Harry left in May 2010. Now Jonathan our General Manager quit, out of a sudden I was promoted. Looking at the entire situation I find it quite hilarious..

Office Politics
I personally do not understand why there's politic issues happening in all office. Regardless the size of the office, why can't people live in the way that they can communicate well and avoid conflict. Instead of backfire each other whenever they have time to do so.
Management does not understand the rights and cares the feelings of the employees. They tend to stand for their own right thinking only the benefit of the company instead I would prefer the management to take things into consideration regardless what kinda problem is every of their employee facing.
Issues such as salary, company annual trip, commision scheme, rewarding scheme and other minor and major things are always being put into the company's wellfare to take care of each and every of the working employee that they had employ. This issues is forever an arguing topic and is always a never ending story.
People are leaving and new comers tends to come in and learn about the company culture and leave if one could not tolerate it. I just wish that the company or the management staff should be aware of the surrounding happenings instead of just sitting there acting dumb and pretend never had ever happen before and this will eventually lead the situation to be worsen.

Working Life @ SPADE
Time flies?!?! I really think that this really suits all human who is in the working industries. Or should I say not only in working industries but also applies to students and children.
Imagine the time I joined Spade Advertising Sdn Bhd was back in September 2009 and time just passed without realising it and I've been attached to this company for close to 6 months or even close to 7 months.
I've gained a lot in this company and I've also seen so many new faces who comes in and out from this company. One thing I like about this company is everyone here works together as a family and we share our ideas - like and dislike out front. Nothing is to be hiden at all.
This year 2010, the company new direction is to expand into different category as we know our core business is still Advertising - above and below the line. Now we are also taking in events and expanding in terms of going on to Facebook, twitter as well as to revamp on our company website.
Well.. hopefully 2010 will be a fruitful year so that I can earn more and concentrate on my 2 beautiful boys.
