I personally do not understand why there's politic issues happening in all office. Regardless the size of the office, why can't people live in the way that they can communicate well and avoid conflict. Instead of backfire each other whenever they have time to do so.
Management does not understand the rights and cares the feelings of the employees. They tend to stand for their own right thinking only the benefit of the company instead I would prefer the management to take things into consideration regardless what kinda problem is every of their employee facing.
Issues such as salary, company annual trip, commision scheme, rewarding scheme and other minor and major things are always being put into the company's wellfare to take care of each and every of the working employee that they had employ. This issues is forever an arguing topic and is always a never ending story.
People are leaving and new comers tends to come in and learn about the company culture and leave if one could not tolerate it. I just wish that the company or the management staff should be aware of the surrounding happenings instead of just sitting there acting dumb and pretend never had ever happen before and this will eventually lead the situation to be worsen.
